Capabilities

Everything a BAS engineer does, now in plain language.

The everyday work of a controls engineer, handled from one prompt. Every change is reviewed and approved by you before it reaches the station.

01Read / Write

Setpoint Management

Read and write any setpoint. Nexxus always reads the current value first and checks that the new value makes engineering sense.

Set floor 2 VAVs to 72°F
02Weekly + Special

Schedule Editing

Change occupied and unoccupied times, add special days and adjust setpoints tied to schedules.

Start AHU-1 at 6:30 on weekdays
03History

Alarm Configuration

Add alarms, set deadbands and delays, configure priorities and messages, and pull the full alarm history.

Alarm if DA-T > 65°F for 10 min
04P / I / D

PID Loop Tuning

Describe the symptom. Nexxus reads the current P, I and D values, diagnoses the loop and proposes corrective changes for your approval.

Why is AHU-1 discharge hunting?
05Link graph

Wire Sheet Debugging

Walk component and link graphs to trace signal paths and explain why control logic is not doing what it should.

Why won't the supply fan enable?

Your building. Your approval.

Read before write

Nexxus always reads current station data, shows you the proposed change and waits for your approval.

Protected BACnet priorities

Nexxus never writes to priorities 1–7. Life-safety and manual overrides stay untouched.

Every action logged

Every change goes into a clear audit log with before and after values, timestamps and the user who made it.

A few things to know.

Which Niagara 4 systems are supported?
Any controller or Supervisor running Niagara 4, from any OEM. That includes Tridium JACE 8000 and 9000, Honeywell WEBs-N4, Distech EC-Net, Lynxspring JENEsys and other Niagara 4 platforms. Through Niagara, Nexxus also reaches the BACnet, Modbus and LON devices your station already integrates.
Does Nexxus make changes automatically?
No. Nexxus reads the station, prepares a change and shows you the old and new values. Nothing is written until you approve it.
Which BACnet priorities can it write to?
Never priorities 1–7. Life-safety, critical equipment and manual operator overrides stay off-limits. Writes go to the priority levels you approve.
How does it connect to my station?
Securely, with access that you control. You decide what Nexxus can see and do, and we set it up with you during onboarding.
What about NiagaraAX sites?
Nexxus is built for Niagara 4. If you still run AX sites, let us know when you join the waitlist. It helps us decide what to support next.
What does it cost?
Joining the waitlist is free. Pricing will be shared with waitlist members before launch, and early members get first access to launch pricing.
Is Nexxus affiliated with Tridium or Honeywell?
No. Nexxus is an independent product that works with Niagara 4 stations. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
